"Playset arrived fine, but the timing was frustrating"
The playset itself showed up in good condition, so no complaints there. For me, the annoying part was the delivery timing. The slot got changed twice, and I ended up having to rearrange my day around it. I get that schedules can shift, but I wish the booking process and updates had been clearer so I knew what to expect.

I’m disappointed. The wording made it seem like this would be a lot more durable than it actually is, but it felt cheap right out of the box. After only a short time, it started coming apart. Definitely not what I thought I was buying.

"Doesn’t feel like a fair value"
I don’t think this was worth the money. I’m always willing to pay a fair price when something delivers, but in this case I paid quite a bit and didn’t feel like I got much in return. It just didn’t seem balanced for what was offered.

"Getting rainbowplay.com set up took me way..."
Getting rainbowplay.com set up took me way longer than it should have. The install directions were kind of not clear in places, or maybe they were but didn’t feel that way, and I ended up restarting the whole thing twice before it finally worked.
After it was actually running, it seemed mostly fine, so that part wasn’t terrible. But the first impression was frustrating, and I feel like they really need to make the setup less of a headache

"Customer support was too slow for me"
I had a hard time getting a quick response from customer service. My messages would sit for days, and by the time I finally heard back, the answers didn’t really help anymore. It was frustrating. Based on my experience, I’d only give the support 1 star...

"My kids was having a good time with..."
My kids was having a good time with it, so that was nice to see. I still kept an eye on them the whole time though. Overall the site feel safe, but I do wish a few things were explained better for parents.
